MINDCRAFT09 returned to Zona Tortona in 2009 during the Milan Design Week to show the world the huge potential of Danish craft and design. This time with the exhibition “Shhh … Craft is Golden!”, which showcased 12 craftspeople and designers from Denmark’s absolute elite who presented 12 completely new works.
The works on display represented more than just material and technical skill – the works were as much an artistic comment to the world we live in, and they all presented the beholder with content rather than surface.

MINDCRAFT09 was curated and designed by Danish architect Karen Kjærgaard.
